No Hidden Charges

Most of our services are billed on an hourly basis. Attorney hourly rates currently range from $150/hr to $200/hr. Legal staff hourly rates range from $30/hr to $90/hr. Because we work for start-ups, small businesses and international clientele, our hourly rates are significantly lower than the rates of many American law firms. Legal representation agreements will be entered into after the initial attorney consultation. We encourage you to review the billing statements and ask us any questions that you may have. Clients may also opt to put us on retainer for the future legal needs of their business.

Flat fees are available for certain routine tasks such as the preparation of wills, trusts, living wills, pre-nuptial or post-nuptial agreements, uncontested marital dissolutions, power of attorney documents and the submittal of applications to various governmental agencies. Flat fees are also available for in-house legal compliance workshops for small to medium-sized businesses. Contingent fees and value billing options are available in special circumstances for individual clients of the firm.

The cost of items such as filing fees, deposition reporters and mileage and travel expenses are billed directly to our clients. Sometimes it is necessary to retain expert witnesses such as economists, engineers, architects, medical providers and other professionals. These expenses are also billed directly to our clients and contractual agreements with these litigation service providers will be entered into beforehand.
