We litigate cases for our business clients in federal court, state superior courts and appear before various regulatory agencies. We also engage in mediation and arbitration in alternative dispute forums to settle cases economically. Typical cases include defamation lawsuits, labor and employment disputes involving the Washington Department of Labor and Industries or the Washington Human Rights Commission and environmental litigation and clean-up of contaminated properties involving the Washington Department of Ecology or the U.S. E.P.A. We represent construction companies, developers, remediation and reclaimation companies, as well as condominium board associations in complex litigation over defective construction and toxic black mold contamination of commercial and residential structures.
